The firm A Toda Vela Mar S.A. was the sole bidder in the public auction for the Auditorium of the Casino Complex in Necochea. The auction, held at the Municipal Palace, was conducted by public auctioneer Sergio Marcelo Gertie.
The property, identified as Parcel C with an approximate area of 2,910 square meters, had a base price of $383,819,190 established by the Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Oscar Merlo, head of A Toda Vela Mar S.A., expressed the company's commitment to restoring the historical splendor of the complex and its surrounding environment.
