Singer Neda Ukraden has expressed her concerns regarding the use of weight loss injections by colleagues, describing the practice as an artificial method of losing weight. She characterized such methods as ‘playing with health’ and ‘playing with life.’

Ukraden, who is 76, attributes her physical fitness to long-term lifestyle habits rather than medical interventions. She advocates for reducing sugar and flour intake and emphasizes a diet consisting of grilled foods, fish, and traditional Mediterranean vegetables like Swiss chard (raštika).
