Needswell expands Microsoft 365 Copilot training to 24 Japanese firms
Japanese IT services firm Needswell has rolled out its introductory Microsoft 365 Copilot training to 24 companies within about two months of the program’s launch in May 2026. The hands‑on, practical course combines classroom instruction with live system use, helping participants picture concrete AI applications in daily work.
The rollout has been praised for clarifying effective prompting and workflow integration. It has already generated new business opportunities, with ten firms entering talks for advanced courses, department‑level proof‑of‑concept support, deployment guidance and prompt‑use guidelines. Needswell plans to build on this momentum to offer broader AI‑enabled process‑improvement consulting and strengthen corporate digital transformation in Japan.
