Neemias Queta hits first three-pointer of the season for Celtics

Boston Celtics center Neemias Queta successfully made his first three-pointer of the season during a 107-103 victory over the New York Knicks. The corner shot, which occurred late in the third quarter, marked only the second successful three-pointer of Queta’s NBA career.

The 27-year-old, who is the first Portuguese player in NBA history, has spent significant time working with the Celtics' player development staff to expand his offensive range. Queta noted that while he has practiced the shot extensively, he is focused on finding the right moments to shoot and improving his consistency.

Queta expressed satisfaction with the milestone, noting that after years of practicing behind the scenes, the successful shot provided a boost in confidence. He remains focused on upcoming games in the regular season as the Celtics look to improve their standing in the Eastern Conference.
