The smart‑hive technology continuously records hive weight, temperature, humidity and nectar flow, allowing timely interventions that aim to raise honey output by 20‑40%, with a target of up to a 40% increase.

The system transmits data via the internet, enabling precise decisions on hive relocation, harvesting time and varroa‑mite control. According to beekeeping specialist Savaş Koç, the data‑driven approach also reduces the need for chemicals, supporting a more sustainable and environmentally friendly honey production model.
