Nouvelles Éditions Ivoiriennes – Centre d’Éditions et de Diffusion Africaines (NEI-CEDA) will distribute 2.036 billion FCFA in dividends to its shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year. The payout is scheduled for September 10, 2026.

Based on a capital of 12,765,825 shares, the gross dividend is 159.54 FCFA per share. After tax, the net dividend will be 140.39 FCFA for individuals and 143.58 FCFA for legal entities. To qualify, investors must acquire shares by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, as the stock will trade ex-dividend starting Wednesday, September 9.

The dividend follows a return to profitability for the company. NEI-CEDA reported a net profit of 2.036 billion FCFA in 2025, a significant recovery from a 759 million FCFA loss in 2024. While revenue decreased by 24% to 5.139 billion FCFA, the bottom line was bolstered by a rise in other products, which grew to 1.653 billion FCFA, and a substantial reduction in various operating costs.
