Neider Parra attracts interest from Ajax and Premier League clubs

Neider Parra, a 21-year-old central defender for Atlético Nacional, is attracting significant interest from several international football clubs following strong performances in the Liga BetPlay 2026-II.

Standing 1.92 meters tall, Parra has become a key figure for the Medellín-based club, recording 12 appearances with 10 starts and two assists. His recent performance against Junior Barranquilla, where he maintained a 100% tackle success rate and provided an assist, reportedly drew scouts from the Premier League and Serie A.

Specific interest has been linked to Ajax, which is reportedly looking to replicate its successful acquisition of Dávinson Sánchez from Atlético Nacional. Other clubs monitoring the defender include Brighton & Hove Albion, Bournemouth, FC Porto, and Palmeiras. Parra joined Atlético Nacional's youth academy in 2023 after playing for Medellín City.
