Neinor Homes delivers 42 new homes in Godella, Valencia

Neinor Homes has completed the delivery of 42 single-family homes in the Virentia residential district of Godella, Valencia. These new units are part of the Odina II, Odina III, and Taray developments, which were marketed under the Aedas Homes brand.

The Taray promotion, consisting of 20 semi-detached and terraced houses, is fully sold out. The Odina II and III phases include 22 detached houses featuring four to five bedrooms, gardens, and energy-efficient designs. These deliveries bring the total number of homes completed in the Virentia neighborhood to approximately 200, following previous phases such as Odina I, Nerium, and Alsos.

The development is located in the Campolivar area, offering proximity to educational, commercial, and health services. Neinor Homes plans to continue the expansion of the district with the Ilex project, which will feature 68 homes and mark the company's first wood-structure residential development in the province.
