Neinor Homes launches second phase of Australy Thera residential project in Estepona

Spanish developer Neinor Homes has started the second phase of its Australy Thera development in the new residential area of Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The project, marketed under the AEDAS Homes brand, adds 42 new apartments to the 67‑unit scheme, which includes 25 units from the first phase. The units range from two to four bedrooms and start at about 113 m², featuring open‑plan living spaces, terraces with sea, mountain and Gibraltar views, private garages, storage rooms and landscaped gardens.

Australy Thera is the third component of the Australy complex, following the already delivered Libella and the soon‑to‑be‑delivered Aures. The development includes a club with spa, outdoor pool, gym, gastro‑bar and coworking space for residents. Sales of the first phase are already at 50 %.

Overall, Neinor Homes plans to deliver roughly 200 homes in the Estepona neighbourhood, which lies within the “golden triangle” of Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís. The company manages about 6,000 rental homes, over 7,000 social‑housing units and operates across several Spanish regions, including Andalusia, Madrid, Castilla‑La Mancha, Valencia, the Basque Country and Catalonia.
