Neinor Homes targets debt reduction and 15,000 new homes

Neinor Homes has announced plans to significantly reduce its debt, aiming to cut it from 1.166 billion euros in the first half of 2026 to a range between 550 and 650 million euros by 2028. The company also raised its EBITDA forecast for 2027 to between 260 and 280 million euros.

To address the housing shortage in Spain, the developer committed to building an additional 15,000 homes over the next two years. Neinor reported a pre-sales portfolio exceeding 3 billion euros, with 90% of planned deliveries for 2026 already committed.

The company is also entering a new alliance with Orion to develop 1,097 mid-range homes in major Spanish cities. This joint venture will be 90% owned by Orion and 10% by Neinor, with Aedas Homes managing the projects. Additionally, Neinor's co-investment business has reached 1.5 billion euros under management, a strategy intended to accelerate construction and improve cash flow.
