Neiva awards 7.8 billion peso contract for Parque Santander remodeling

The Neiva Mayor's Office has awarded a contract worth approximately 7.8 billion pesos for the comprehensive remodeling of Parque Santander. The contract was granted to Consorcio Alianza Park 004, which achieved a perfect score of 100 points during the evaluation process, surpassing 18 other proponents.

Funded by royalties, the project will involve renovations to the park's floors, sidewalks, lighting, and its central fountain. The winning consortium is composed of three firms: Desarrollos Urbanos y Obras Civiles S.A.S., Construval Ingeniería S.A.S., and Interventoría y Gestión Interges S.A.S.
