Nelson Castro conducts 700 musicians in Rosario

Journalist and physician Nelson Castro conducted a formation of more than 700 musicians during the VII Encuentro Nacional de Bandas held at the Monumento Nacional a la Bandera in Rosario, Argentina. The event brought together 17 musical groups from Santa Fe, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, and Buenos Aires, including professional, vocational, and youth bands.

This appearance follows Castro's previous conducting debut in September 2025 at the Festival de Bandas Encuentro Regional. The national band meeting was organized by the Municipality of Rosario and the Association of Band Directors of the Argentine Republic, serving to promote musical diversity and strengthen community ties.
