Nemolizumab shows sustained skin and itch relief for up to 3 years

New long-term extension data from the ARCADIA and OLYMPIA studies indicate that nemolizumab (Nemluvio) maintains skin clearance and itch relief for up to three years in patients with atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.

In the ARCADIA study, which focused on adults and adolescents with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, 80% of early responders achieved an EASI-90 score by week 152, and 50% achieved EASI-100. In the OLYMPIA study for prurigo nodularis, more than 85% of patients experienced clinically meaningful itch improvement.

Nemolizumab is the first approved monoclonal antibody designed to target and inhibit interleukin-31 (IL-31) signaling. Galderma presented these findings at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference. No new safety signals were identified during the long-term observation period.
