Nenad Milanović offers $50,000 for names of pardoned individuals
Nenad Milanović, a US-based IT entrepreneur and creator of applications such as Clockify, Pumble, and Plaky, has offered a total reward of $50,000 for information identifying 26 individuals pardoned by former President Aleksandar Vučić.
On September 27, 2026, Vučić issued pardons to 49 people. While the identities of 23 individuals have been made public, the names of the remaining 26 have not been officially released. Milanović noted that the law does not provide for secret pardons and that citizens have a right to know who has been released from prosecution or punishment.
The reward structure is proportional to the number of new names confirmed, with a potential payout of approximately $1,923 per name, provided the total does not exceed the $50,000 limit.
