Nengi Donald Jaja named best law graduate at ABUAD

Nengi Donald Jaja has emerged as the overall Best Graduating Student of the College of Law at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), receiving 12 awards. Jaja, who is the first male student to attain this distinction, graduated with 69 As and 2 Bs, maintaining a near-perfect GPA throughout his ten semesters.

Jaja credited his academic success to a scholarship awarded to him in 2017 by the Rivers State Government under former Governor Nyesom Wike. The scholarship, which was granted after Jaja performed a song at an event, was intended to cover both his secondary and tertiary education. He noted that the opportunity allowed him to pursue academic excellence while maintaining his ambitions as an R&B and soul artist.
