Neo Gen Football Academy opens in Bandung to develop youth talent

Neo Gen Football Academy has officially opened in Bandung, West Java, to establish a professional development pathway for young players. Founded by Sergio van Dijk, Raphael Maitimo, and Rizky Bagja, the academy focuses on technical skills and a structured curriculum to prepare talent for professional careers.

Beyond local training, the academy aims to provide international competitive experience. The U-10 team is scheduled to participate in the SingaCup in Singapore in late October 2026, while the U-14 team will compete in the ASEAN Youth Cup in November. The academy also plans matches against teams from Australia and Thailand to broaden the players' exposure to international football standards.
