Neoenergia Coelba offers 81 free electrician training spots in Bahia

Neoenergia Coelba has opened 81 free vacancies for its School of Electricians in the Brazilian state of Bahia. The opportunities are distributed equally, with 27 spots each in the cities of Santo Antônio de Jesus, Juazeiro, and Lauro de Freitas.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license in categories B, C, D, or E. No prior experience in the field is required. The program, offered in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Training (Senai), features a 540-hour hybrid curriculum consisting of theoretical and practical lessons.

Registration is open until November 9 via the official Neoenergia School of Electricians website. The selection process involves two stages: a qualifying assessment in Portuguese and Mathematics, followed by an eliminatory stage expected by the end of the year. Classes are scheduled to begin in March 2027 during evening hours. While completion of the course allows participants to join the company's talent pool for future opportunities, it does not guarantee employment.
