NEOS integrates life insurance pricing with Paradino AI platform

Life insurance provider NEOS has announced a new integration with the AI automation platform Paradino. The partnership is designed to provide financial advisers with direct, seamless access to indicative pricing for Encompass Protection, Futura Protection, and NEOS Protection products within their existing workflows.

NEOS Managing Director John de Zwart stated that the integration aims to reduce friction in the advice process and support the company’s vision to make life insurance easy. Paradino co-founder Josh Ratnarajah noted that the collaboration allows insurance pricing to be brought directly into adviser workflows to assist in client decision-making.

This move follows a recent pricing integration between NEOS and Marloo. Paradino, which was recently acquired by Netwealth for $20 million, provides tools such as AI-generated notes, customer profiling, and task management for advisers.
