NeoVolta reports 58% annual revenue growth to $13.3 million
NeoVolta Inc. has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a 58% year-over-year increase in fiscal year revenue, reaching $13.3 million compared to $8.4 million in fiscal year 2025.
Despite the annual growth, fourth-quarter revenue saw a significant decline to approximately $13.5 thousand from $4.8 million in the same period the previous year. The company attributed this drop to a substantial decline in residential and traditional installer-channel sales following changes to federal tax laws in early 2026.
For the full fiscal year 2026, NeoVolta reported a GAAP net loss of $21.5 million, or $0.55 per share, compared to a $5.0 million net loss in fiscal year 2025. The fourth-quarter GAAP net loss rose to $11.7 million, driven largely by a $3.9 million provision for credit losses and a $1.1 million residential inventory obsolescence reserve.
On the operational side, the company is progressing with a production ramp-up at its U.S. Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility. Additionally, a collaboration with SK ON is expected to accelerate capacity expansion through a domestic cell supply agreement spanning 2027 to 2031.
