NeoVolta reports revenue growth amid manufacturing expansion
NeoVolta, Inc. reported $13.3 million in revenue for fiscal 2026, a 58% increase from the previous year. This growth reflects the company’s expansion from residential energy storage into commercial, industrial, and utility-scale battery systems. However, the company also reported a GAAP net loss of $21.5 million for the fiscal year, compared to a $5 million loss in fiscal 2025, as it invests in U.S. manufacturing capacity.
The fourth quarter saw a significant decline in sales and a wider net loss, which management attributed to reduced residential sales following federal tax law changes in 2026. Despite these challenges, NeoVolta maintains a cash position of $25.4 million following a public offering in May 2026.
In related analyst activity, Northland Securities lowered its Q1 2027 earnings per share estimate for NeoVolta to ($0.12) from ($0.11). While Northland maintains an ‘Outperform’ rating, the stock has a consensus ‘Hold’ rating with an average target price of $9.50.
