Nepal Life Insurance holds Business Excellence Conference

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited concluded its two-day Business Excellence Conference in Kathmandu, held from August 17 to 18, 2026. The event brought together over 250 sales and marketing employees to review past performance and establish strategic goals for the 2026/27 fiscal year.

During the conference, senior leadership highlighted the company’s 25-year history in the life insurance sector. A significant milestone was noted with the collection of over NPR 13 billion in first-year premiums during Fiscal Year 2025/26.

CEO Praveen Raman Parajuli outlined future priorities, including digital transformation initiatives, operational roadmaps, and sales strategies. The conference also included an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding branches and individual employees across 14 performance categories.
