Nepal: Ujyaalo Nepal Party criticizes flood management

Kulman Ghising, Chairman of the Ujyaalo Nepal Party, stated that many casualties resulting from the Rasuwa floods could have been prevented through better government preparedness and timely management measures.

Speaking in Lalitpur, Ghising criticized the government for failing to meet expectations following the Gen-Z movement, noting increased frustration among youth and a doubling rate of citizens moving abroad. He further claimed that current policies favor large investors while neglecting small farmers. The Ujyaalo Nepal Party intends to expand its organization from the village level and will not merge with other political entities.
