Nepra Foods to Acquire Idaho Bottling Company Tsceminicum

Nepra Foods Inc., a Canadian food and beverage company focused on ingredient innovation and consumer‑wellness products, announced it has signed a definitive Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire substantially all operating assets of Tsceminicum Bottling Company, a bottled‑water manufacturing and co‑packing business based in Lewiston, Idaho. The agreement is slated to become effective on July 31 2026, subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange and completion of customary regulatory and permitting conditions.

The acquisition is presented as a milestone in Nepra’s long‑term growth strategy, expanding its domestic manufacturing platform and diversifying its operations beyond ingredient sales into the beverage sector. Nepra expects the purchase to provide a new commercial platform, broaden its customer base and create additional growth opportunities across food and beverage categories. The Lewiston facility benefits from highway, rail and Columbia‑Snake River transport links, supporting inbound material flow and outbound product distribution.
