Nerds On Site Inc. has reported preliminary unaudited financial results for the third and fourth quarters of its fiscal year 2026, marking a shift to consecutive profitable quarters. The company recorded a combined profit attributable to common shareholders of approximately $111,000 for the second half of the year, a significant improvement over the combined loss of approximately $102,000 recorded during the same period in fiscal 2025.

In the third quarter, revenue rose to $3.28 million, up from $3.00 million in the prior-year quarter, with a net profit of approximately $52,000 compared to a loss of $198,000. In the fourth quarter, revenue decreased by approximately 6% to $3.36 million, yet the company maintained a profit of approximately $59,000.

Management attributed the improved profitability primarily to enhanced expense management and operating efficiency. Specifically, selling, general, and administrative (SG&A) expenses were reduced by approximately 17% year-over-year in the fourth quarter, contributing to a total SG&A reduction of about $307,000 across the combined third and fourth quarters.
