Nerviano: Lega submits territorial development proposals

The Lega party in Nerviano has submitted a series of proposals regarding the General Territorial Government Plan (PGT) to guide the municipality's development. The document emphasizes territorial protection and bureaucratic simplification.

Key proposals include a ban on large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic plants in agricultural fields and near waterways, suggesting instead that solar panels be installed on rooftops of homes and former factories. The plan also opposes the creation of new shopping centers along the Sempione road to protect local commerce and seeks to halt new land consumption for large-scale logistics.

Additionally, the party proposes eliminating bureaucracy and costs for changing the use of buildings in historic centers and suggests that decommissioned municipal buildings should be reserved for the third sector, culture, or security rather than private apartments.
