Nest Bank unveils second-generation AI assistant
Nest Bank has introduced N!Asystent 2.0, an advanced generative AI assistant integrated into its mobile application. The new version allows customers to manage tasks through voice or text commands, such as checking balances or preparing transaction drafts for authorization. If a human agent is required, the assistant connects the user via Click2Call, providing the consultant with a summary of the interaction to prevent repetitive explanations.
According to data presented at the Cashless Breakfast event in Warsaw, Nest Bank’s AI assistant has handled 509% of all customer service interactions as of July 2026, with a goal to automate 90% of all matters without human intervention by the end of 2026. The tool maintains a response accuracy rate exceeding 90% and a user satisfaction rate above 99%.
A survey of 14 major banks operating in Poland indicates a growing trend toward AI assistants in banking. While four banks currently have active assistants and four more are in the implementation phase, the technology is rapidly evolving from simple informational tools to transactional services capable of executing transfers.
