Nestlé Ghana awards trucks to distributors to boost supply chain capacity

Nestlé Ghana has awarded eight trucks to selected distributors during its 2025 Distributor Awards Night Gala held in the Eastern Region. The initiative aims to strengthen local supply chains, enhance redistribution capacity, and support the growth of Ghanaian businesses that connect manufacturers to retailers and consumers.

A total of 48 distributors from across the country were recognized for their excellence in sales, brand growth, and partnership. Among the beneficiaries receiving trucks to improve their logistics and market reach are Nasomnyam Enterprise, Lucky Bazaar, and Zakaria Iddrisu Enterprise.

Nestlé Ghana Managing Director Salomé Azevedo emphasized that distributors are critical partners in bringing nutrition to consumers. She noted that the awards serve to reaffirm the company’s commitment to long-term growth and sustainable investment in its business partners, people, and communities.
