Nestlé Vietnam launches advanced coffee packaging line in Dong Nai

Nestlé Vietnam has officially launched the Jar Line, a highly automated instant coffee packaging line for glass jars, at its Nestlé Trị An factory in Dong Nai province. This facility is noted as one of the most modern packaging lines within Nestlé’s global production system.

The new line features a closed production model designed to enhance productivity and maintain consistent quality standards for NESCAFÉ GOLD and NESCAFÉ Classic products. In its initial phase, the line has reached a capacity of over 350,000 jars per day. The system incorporates digital transformation technologies, including real-time data management, sensors, and smart cameras to monitor the production process.

To ensure food safety and quality, the line is equipped with advanced inspection technologies such as high-sensitivity metal detectors, electromagnetic induction sealing, and industrial X-Ray inspection. The products manufactured via this line are currently exported to 11 international markets.
