Net Global Endüstriyel Yatırımlar announces Borsa İstanbul IPO details

Net Global Endüstriyel Yatırımlar A. Ş. has announced the details for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on Borsa İstanbul under the ticker code NETGL. The demand collection period is scheduled for September 9, 10, and 11, between 09:00 and 16:00.

The IPO price is set at 25.52 TL, with a total of 87,500,000 lots to be distributed. The total size of the offering is 2,233,000,000 TL, representing a 28% public float. The distribution will be conducted via equal distribution to individuals and is compliant with the participation index.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to meet working capital needs (25%–35%), reduce short-term bank loans and financial debts (20%–30%), and fund capacity increases and machinery investments for corrugated pipe production (15%–25%).

Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A. Ş. released an analyst report regarding the price determination report for the IPO. The report evaluated the company's valuation methods, including multiplier analysis and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, as appropriate. Halk Yatırım noted that the 20% discount applied to the IPO price is reasonable.
