Chloe Fineman Leaves SNL After Seven Seasons for Netflix's Myron Bolitar Series

Comedian Chloe Fineman announced her departure from Saturday Night Live after seven seasons, saying she was “ready for the next chapter.” She revealed the decision on Instagram on July 16 and described the show as a family she would miss. Fineman’s final conversation with SNL creator Lorne Michaels occurred while he was watching the England‑Argentina World Cup match, a detail she shared in a Variety interview.

Fineman will join Netflix’s upcoming drama series Myron Bolitar, an adaptation of Harlan Coben’s novels about a former NBA star turned sports agent. She has been cast as Parker Quinn, a sports reporter, working alongside cast members Jabari Banks, Jamie McShane, Ben McKenzie, Colin Woodell and others. The series is co‑show‑run, written and executive‑produced by David E. Kelley and Kyle Long, with direction by Greg Yaitanes.

The move follows Fineman’s rise on SNL, noted for her celebrity impressions—including a widely praised Melania Trump portrayal—and marks her first regular role in scripted television outside the sketch‑comedy format.
