Netflix adds new films and series including Nosferatu and The Substance

Netflix is expanding its catalog with several new titles across various genres, including drama, romance, anime, and horror. Notable upcoming releases include the film ‘The Substance’, starring Demi Moore, which follows an actress facing a personal crisis regarding aging and her image.

In the horror genre, Robert Eggers’ ‘Nosferatu’ is arriving on the platform as part of its October Halloween programming. The film, which features Bill Skarsgård as Count Orlok and Lily-Rose Depp as Ellen Hutter, is a gothic tale set in 19th-century Germany. It follows the obsession of a vampire for a young woman.

Other additions to the service include the miniseries ‘East of Eden’, an adaptation of the John Steinbeck work, and the film ‘Rich Without Money’. The horror lineup also includes titles such as ‘Sinner’ (Pecadores), ‘Scream’, and ‘A Quiet Place’.
