Netflix and Disney+ add new football fantasy series and 2007 thriller to 2026 streaming lineup

Disney+ will launch the animated football‑fantasy series “Dragon Strikers” on 10 June 2026, following the World Cup period. The show follows a farm boy who joins a magical football team and battles a dangerous inner power.

Netflix is featuring the 2007 courtroom thriller “Fracture”, starring Anthony Hopkins and Ryan Gosling, which earned a 72 % rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The film follows assistant prosecutor Willy Beachum as he tries to secure a conviction after a technical error releases the accused murderer.

Both titles are highlighted in weekly Dutch streaming recommendations, which also note other new series such as “The Rest is Football”, “De Tatta’s” season 2, and reality shows like “Outlast: The Jungle”.
