Netflix and Druski sign multiyear content development deal

Netflix has entered into a multiyear partnership with comedian and content creator Druski, also known as Drew Desbordes, and his production company 4LIFERS Entertainment. The agreement focuses on developing and producing original content exclusively for the streaming platform.

The first project under this deal is a semi-scripted comedy series titled ‘Collect & Praise’, scheduled to premiere on December 1. The series features Druski as a money-hungry megachurch pastor and Mike Epps as his deacon, following the duo as they navigate various scandals and controversies. The show is inspired by Druski’s viral megachurch character that gained significant traction on social media.

In addition to new original programming, Netflix will license content from Druski’s existing catalog, which includes titles such as ‘Coulda Been Love’, ‘Coulda Been Daddy’, and ‘Coulda Been Records Auditions’.
