Netflix and UK broadcasters roll out new dramas and series this week

Netflix releases new TV series The Dark Heartstopper Forever Hunger Games

Netflix is adding 25 new movies and shows, including the comedy series *The Hawk* starring Will Ferrell, the complete five‑film *Hunger Games* franchise, the live MLB Home Run Derby event on July 13, the debut of *Hot Ones: Extra Heat*, and the fourth season of *The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On*.

In the United Kingdom, ITV launches the Scottish‑set murder thriller *The Dark* on July 12, while the BBC introduces several new programmes on July 17: the teen‑drama finale *Heartstopper Forever* (streaming on Netflix), the period comedy‑mystery *The Hairdresser Mysteries*, and the futuristic comedy *Ann Droid*.

Prime Video adds the adrenaline‑filled series *Ride or Die*, starring Octavia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham, about friends on the run after a hit‑man assignment goes wrong.
