Netflix announces new releases for the week of September 7

Netflix is scheduled to release several new titles between September 7 and September 13, featuring a mix of international thrillers, comedies, and animated films.

A major highlight is the return of the Israeli thriller series Fauda, which debuts its fifth season on September 8. Set two years after the events of October 7, the new season follows characters navigating deep-cover assignments in Marseille and the psychological impacts of ongoing warfare.

Other notable releases include the Spanish dark comedy ‘Gracias, equipo’, arriving September 11, which follows employees at a cheese company facing mass layoffs during a corporate team-building event. Additionally, the animated film ‘Puss in Boots: The Last Wish’ is set to join the platform on September 10.

Other scheduled content for the week includes the Dutch drama ‘The Perfect Lie’, the fifteenth season of ‘Call the Midwife’, and various other series and documentaries.
