Steel Ball Run anime reveals opening theme by Kroi

The anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki’s manga, ‘Steel Ball Run: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’, has revealed its opening theme song, ‘SPIN’, performed by the Japanese funk-rock band Kroi. The track, which blends Western, funk, soul, and hip-hop influences, was released ahead of the premiere of the series' second and third stages on Netflix.

Following the initial release in March, the new phase of the series will feature 11 episodes released on a weekly basis every Friday, rather than in blocks. The story, set in the 1890s United States, follows characters Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli in a transcontinental horse race with a $50 million prize.

Additionally, the ending theme ‘Dead or Alive’ by Yuki Chiba has been confirmed. The production of the anime is handled by David Production, with music composed by Yugo Kanno.
