Netflix announces Tyson Fury documentary release date

Netflix has scheduled the release of ‘Tyson Fury’, a feature-length documentary, for November 27. Directed by Lucy Wilcox, the film utilizes previously unseen archive footage and interviews with the former heavyweight champion, his wife Paris, and his father John Fury.

The documentary explores Fury’s life from childhood through his professional boxing career, addressing personal challenges including mental health, addiction, the loss of a child, and complex family dynamics. This production is distinct from the existing Netflix reality series ‘At Home with the Furys’.

The release precedes Fury’s scheduled heavyweight bout against Anthony Joshua, set for December 11 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. Fury has described the upcoming match as the most important fight of his life.
