Netflix announces upcoming South Korean productions

Netflix has announced the release details for two upcoming South Korean productions. The film ‘Amor Possível’, directed by Lee Chang-dong and starring Jeon Do-yeon and Zo In-sung, will have advance screenings at the 50th São Paulo International Film Festival in late October 2026. The film is scheduled for a wide streaming release on the platform on November 5, 2026.

Additionally, the South Korean series ‘Tantara’ (known in Brazil as ‘O Espetáculo Vai Começar’) is set to premiere on December 11, 2026. Starring Song Hye-kyo and Gong Yoo, the drama is set between the 1960s and 1980s and follows characters navigating the music industry and personal ambitions amidst financial hardship.
