Netflix boosts Brazilian series with new releases and expanded catalog

Netflix has steadily increased its Brazilian series catalogue, investing in local productions that reflect Brazil’s society across genres such as drama, comedy, suspense, crime and sci‑fi. The platform’s strategy has turned these series into cultural touchstones, attracting both domestic viewers and international audiences.

In the week of 29 June‑5 July, Netflix added 32 new titles for Brazil, including the sequel Enola Holmes 3, the crime drama Magnatas do Crime, and other films and series such as Reagan, The Doorman and Gantz season 2. The slate aims to keep subscribers engaged and maintain a presence in Brazil’s Top‑10 rankings.
