Netflix debuts Dutch crime thriller ‘Kłamstwo idealne’

The Dutch crime thriller series ‘Kłamstwo idealne’ (Perfect Lie) has debuted on Netflix. Based on the bestselling book ‘De Eetclub’ by Saskia Noort, the seven-episode series follows a woman named Karen who moves her family to Bergen.

After being welcomed into an extravagant social circle, a luxury villa catches fire and a friend is killed, leading Karen to discover that her new acquaintances are hiding various secrets. The production features an ensemble cast including Loes Haverkort, Teun Luijkx, and Remko Vrijdag.
