Netflix releases Lupin Part 4 starring Omar Sy

Netflix has released the fourth part of the French series ‘Lupin’, featuring the return of Omar Sy as the protagonist Assane Diop. The new season consists of eight episodes, each approximately 45 minutes long.

The plot follows Assane Diop after he decides to turn himself in to the police to protect his family. This leads to his incarceration in the same prison as Hubert Pellegrini, the man responsible for the destruction of his childhood and his father’s death. The season explores themes of identity, social justice, and the complex moral dualities of the character as he navigates survival and rivalry within the prison system.

Produced by Gaumont and Carrousel Studios, the series continues to draw inspiration from the works of Maurice Leblanc. The cast includes returning actors Ludivine Sagnier and Antoine Gouy.
