Minerva – La Scuola premieres on Netflix

The Netflix teen drama ‘Minerva – La Scuola’, set in a military academy in Naples, has premiered with eight episodes. The series follows students navigating strict discipline, personal growth, and mysteries, such as the disappearance of an exam in the third episode.

While Netflix has not yet officially announced a second season, the cast has expressed interest in returning. Lead actors Margherita Buoncristiani, Biagio Venditti, and Ciro Minopoli have indicated they hope for a renewal as the platform evaluates the show's performance.

The production features an original soundtrack by Michele Braga and includes various Italian independent tracks. The series explores themes of friendship and identity through characters like Camilla Savino, a girl sent to the academy to undergo character reform.
