Netflix releases trailer for Pan Am 103 documentary series

Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for the six‑part limited series “The Bombing of Pan Am 103.” The drama recounts the December 21, 1988 Lockerbie disaster in which Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over the Scottish town, killing 270 people.

The series, produced by World Productions in association with MGM Television and Night Train Media, follows the joint investigation by Scottish police and U.S. law‑enforcement agencies and the families’ long‑running quest for justice. It is set to premiere on Netflix on July 30 2026. The cast includes Connor Swindells, Patrick J. Adams, Merritt Wever, Peter Mullan and several other actors. Michael Keillor directs, with Jonathan Lee as lead writer and a team of executive producers from both the UK and the United States.
