Netflix renews ‘The Walking Dead’ rights through 2029

Netflix has renewed its agreement with AMC Global Media to host the ‘The Walking Dead’ franchise through 2029. The deal involves an investment of approximately 460 million euros over five years.

The catalog available on the platform will include 371 episodes, encompassing the original series and its various spin-offs. Under the terms of the agreement, the content will not be exclusive to Netflix, as it will also remain available on AMC+.
