Netflix series De Eetclub features changes from original book

The Netflix series ‘De Eetclub’ features several departures from its original book source. While the novel follows ten characters, the television adaptation reduces the group to eight members, notably omitting the characters Angela and Kees.

Additionally, the series introduces significant changes to character backgrounds and roles. For instance, the character Patricia is depicted as coming from an extremely wealthy family, and Karin’s profession has been changed to that of an editor-in-chief.

Other popular streaming recommendations include the thriller ‘Judas’ on Videoland, the long-running medical drama ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ on Disney+, and the power-struggle drama ‘Succession’.
