Netflix releases modern adaptation of My Brilliant Career
Netflix has released a six-part adaptation of the novel ‘My Brilliant Career’ by Miles Franklin. The series, which premiered on August 13, 2026, departs significantly from the original 1901 text by introducing modern perspectives and diverse characters.
