Netflix series The Mothers of Penguins concludes second season

The second season of the Polish drama series The Mothers of Penguins (Matki pingwinów) concluded on Netflix with a significant narrative shift. The season finale, titled “Christmas,” follows the lives of four parents of neuroatypical children managing the inclusive school Happiness Pole.

The season ends with two major developments: Kamila “Kama” Barska is forced to retire from MMA due to health risks, leading her to open an inclusive martial arts center. Simultaneously, Ula Wojtal departs from the school's leadership to launch a rival institution, leaving the school's director, Jerzy Lejman, to manage a dwindling student body following a series of mass unenrollments.
