Netflix Sets Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 for June 25, 2026

Netflix announced that the live‑action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender will return for Season 2 on June 25, 2026. The new season will cover Book 2: Earth, condensing the original 18‑episode story into seven episodes. Executive producers said two fan‑favorite episodes – “The Tales of Ba Sing Se” and “Zuko Alone” – were kept despite the shortened order.

The season brings back Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka and Dallas Liu as Prince Zuko, with Paul Sun‑Hyung Lee returning as Iroh and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai. New additions include Miya Cech as Toph Beifong and a supporting cast featuring Chin Han, Elizabeth Yu, and others. All episodes will stream worldwide on Netflix.
