Netflix is set to release a six‑part drama titled *The Bombing of Pan Am 103* that recounts the December 21 1988 terrorist attack on a Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, Scotland, which killed 270 people. The series is produced in partnership with the BBC and follows the joint Scottish‑American investigation, the courtroom proceedings at Camp Zeist and later developments up to 2022. It will feature actors such as Connor Swindells, Eddie Marsan, Peter Mullan and others, with Jonathan Lee and Gillian Roger‑Park writing the script and Michael Keillor directing. The show is scheduled to debut on Netflix on 30 July.

The production aims to depict the exhaustive evidence‑gathering in Scotland, the United States and Malta, as well as the human impact on the small town of Lockerbie and the victims’ families.
