Netflix to premiere Parineeti Chopra thriller ‘Shaque: Trust No One’

Netflix has announced the September 24 premiere of ‘Shaque: Trust No One’, a mystery thriller series marking the streaming debut of actress Parineeti Chopra. Directed by Rensil D’Silva and produced by Siddharth P. Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra, the series follows a mother’s nine-year search for her daughter, who was abducted from a hospital as a newborn.

The plot centers on the tension that arises when the family receives unexpected reminders of the missing child, including pictures sent by a kidnapper who appears to be taunting them. As the mother seeks answers, the narrative explores themes of suspicion and the difficulty of trusting those closest to her.

The ensemble cast includes Jennifer Winget, Soni Razdan, Harleen Sethi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Sumeet Vyas, and Anup Soni. The series was previously titled ‘Talaash: A Mother’s Search’.
